The following links provide access to the Customer Service Online Training Tool modules. This tool will help Ontario universities meet the training requirements of the Customer Service Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Three independent modules make up the training tool, which is available in text-only format and an interactive version. The interactive version includes a brief introduction that provides instructions on its use.
Downloadable as a Word document and can be printed.
Recommended minimum browsers are Internet Explorer 7 or greater, Firefox 3 or greater, or Safari 4 or greater. The interactive version requires Adobe Flash Player 8 plug-in or greater.
