Administrator’s Accessibility Toolkit

To help administrators at Ontario universities meet their obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Council of Ontario Universities partnered with the University of Toronto and the Government of Ontario, through the EnAbling Change Program, to create an accessibility toolkit of resources.

Listed below are training resources, adaptable templates, sample best practices, and suggested approaches for meeting compliance requirements under the AODA and its five accessibility standards: information and communications; employment; transportation; customer service; and the design of public spaces.
